About Q
Quniana "Q" Futrell, ED.S is a lifelong advocate for children and families and a proven leader in education and community work. She has served in early childhood advocacy at the state and national level and have been a long-time presenter and facilitator within professional education networks.
She is the Co-Owner of Creative Learners Academy, CEO of ECE Firm, LLC, and Executive Director of Building Resilience in Communities, Inc (501c3), and is also a 6x published author, award winning filmmaker/producer, and Internationally recognized speaker.
Q earned degrees from Tidewater Community College, Norfolk State University, and Walden University, and is currently attending Liberty University in an Ed.D program in Community Care and Counseling with a focus in Traumatology.
She is a proud mom of three PPS Students (currently and former) Ajala, Alton, and Arielle. Her motto for life and business is Trauma Aint Normal!
